This should be explored for anyone with anxiety, depression, PTSD, TBI l, or behavioral issues. It's a great approach to therapy and can benefit anyone. Give it a shot, but prepare to try it multiple times to get comfortable and get the full benefits from it. Staff, equipment, and location are great.

A great setting. Nice presoak massage (chair mind you) the ability to go with it without music. Looking forward to an all nighter in the near future.
