We were pleased that we could get in our room before 4:00 and we found it very clean. What we didn't expect were double bed! Also since 3 people were booked you would have thought they would have had 3 cups, 3 water bottles. The worst thing was how HOT the room was! I turned the temp down when we arrived, it was over 75 degrees! When we came back after dinner we turned the temp completely off and opened windows! In the middle of the night we had to close the windows because of the noise! In the morning it was still 75 degrees in the room!

Very contemporary decor with that fun Portland feel. Right on the waterfront, minutes walk away from shopping and entertainment. The beds are to die for, very comfortable and very clean. Have stayed here a few times and will continue to return a happy patron.

Enjoyed a weekend stay here with my husband. Would recommend! Good vibe & friendly staff. Offer complimentary afternoon cupcakes and refreshments in lobby and bottled water & wifi in room. The room was nicely updated and super clean, which I am picky about. The beds were really comfortable! The location was fine, seemed to be more of a business district. Found great restaurant Q, just block away. It wasn't right in the heart of where I would have wanted to be in retrospect, but near the Saturday market/waterfront and walkable (15 to 20 min) to many things. Wasn't expecting the amount of homelessness throughout Portland and the problem seems exacerbated around the waterfront. Didn't have chance in short visit to enjoy bar/restaurant or coffee cart or complimentary bikes, but looked great. I think the value is there, even considering the location, due to caliber of service and amenities. Parking extra $25/night.

One housekeeper selfishly used the elevator to go down when I said I was trying to go up, and then after that helped me figure out how to use the elevator card swipe. But most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Super comfortable beds. Cupcakes in the lobby in the afternoon. Complimentary bike checkout for guests. Good food in the restaurant. Pretty charming overall, and maybe the most comfortable bathrobe I've ever worn.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic, quick to greet you and happy to help suggest amenities or arrange whatever you need. The hotel and rooms are well kept, very clean. I appreciated the stocked kuerig and refrigerator in the room. And you certainly can't beat the location. The are across from the river front park and within walking distance of most downtown attractions. I couldn't get the room cool enough at night, though. Flip the duvets over, by the way, to help keep them from slipping off of you in the middle of the night. I also felt the price of the room was rather high, but it appears to be the going rate for this area of Portland. If we had the chance and maybe caught a low season price, I'd look forward to staying again.
