AC Hotel San Jose Downtown

My room was guaranteed with a credit card for late arrival. I arrived a bit before 1am to find that my room had been given away and the hotel was now sold out. I had a presentation the next morning at 8 to prepare for but instead found myself calling around for available rooms at hotels in neighboring cities. I'm a long-standing, loyal Marriott customer and Marriott Rewards member but that doesn't seem to count for much at this hotel. No apologies either. I'd avoid at all costs.

Great friendly staff and awesome modern rooms!

This location is perfect if you just need the basics and like friendly helpful people.

There is no room service but there is a bar located on the first floor.

We stayed one night here and loved how the room was decorated and just how modern it was.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and I would recommend anyone to come stay at this location.

Very modern rooms with a European influence. The hotel location is wonderful with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was very nice and clean looking in it's style. The bed was extremely comfortable and warm. I didn't enjoy the cold hard floors though, which might just be a personal thing. They have really cool balls of soap!! They are pure spheres, which definitely double for a foot massager. The location was amazing in the downtown SJ. We were right next to San Pedro Square. Overall good experience.
