My first experience with Thai Yoga was amazing at Skye Yoga. Adelaide's hands are gifted. Thai Yoga and Adelaide took me to another place, a place where trust, love and the ability for the practitioner to find the right balance between pressure and alignment was present. I'm coming back for more!
