Overall food is similar to Boston Pizza, just not as good. Fries are a little mushy and oversalted. Sometimes the food comes variably heated - some parts are warm/piping hot, other parts are cold and added on. I find the gravy a little too thick - a wee bit gluey. Soup comes out lukewarm, approaching room temperature. Seems like they're trying really hard, but they could use some polishing. Maybe once they've been in business for a while they'll settle down.
