This is one the best places to get your eyebrows threaded. Consistently good! Lillian was great! She is now retired=( I've tried a few of the other ladies and they are all great. I'll miss Lillian though.

I go for face waxing and sometimes for nails but the staff are super nice and very friendly and helpful. I have been going since 2014 so 3 years now. I used to see Karmi but she wasn't so good. I now only see Tina. She is amazing, very nice, very good at everything. I would always recommend people here especially for Tina. They now offer henna services bit are expensive; charge twice as much for something that is only $5 in the NE area. I have seen the catalogue and it's like 2 lines of henna is like $8 --- it's ridiculous!
Conclusion: I will still go for waxing and other devices but probably not henna unless I don't have another option.

This is my favourite spa in Calgary! After moving here in 2014 I had a hard time finding someone that could do my eyebrows how I like them (I'm quite particular about my cosmetology). Lillian is amazing, she is very quick and her work speaks for itself. A nice perk is that they have a brow club where you can get a brow waxing done for free after a certain amount of visits (this pays off!). I also get my mani and pedi's done here, I've never left disappointed. Sandra and Helen are really great, I would suggest booking in with them (again, very particular about my nails as I'm a bit of perfectionist). I 100% recommend trying Phamtastic, the staff are amazing.

Absolutely amazing service at the downtown location. Got the tranquility package and was tended to by Baby and Tina - would definitely recommend this place!!

i have been going to this spa for years, and every time i go i always love it and looking forward to my next appointment. Today i was so disappointed with the way my nails were done. firstly i only wanted a manicure,but she talked me into doing a set of nails which was fine (because i thought if they have time why not) but i was tossed around from one person to the other and the the original lady who actually does nails did an extremely poor job and rushed everything. she rushed shaping my nails and they look absolutely horrible.i wish i could upload a picture because no words can explain how awful it is. I feel like i dumped $126 in the garbage. overly annoyed disappointing.
