I’ve been going to Riverside for a few years now and have had various massage therapist, I’m pleased to say every person does an amazing job! I have never been disappointed. I most prefer Kelly because she has the best personality and I really like her technique. The spa itself is very luxurious and relaxing.

I've been going to Riverside for 7+ years and I am never disappointed! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I am always happy with the service I receive. Riverside provides a peaceful atmosphere and the complementary snacks and drinks are a nice touch. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone who asks!

Awesome place! Had a gift cert. and had Renee for a therapeutic massage. Stellar job and really addressed my problems. Recommend to everyone

Riverside is usually great, however, they should honour their own cancellation policy by reimbursing the full value of the appointment - if they cancel with less than an hour before.
35 min before my arrival, staff called and said the therapist was sick and that either my appointment was cancelled or they'd fit me in for a complimentary 60 min service for only that day, rather than the 90 min service I had booked.
They should honour their own cancellation policy and offer the full value of service complimentary for another day, or a gift card for the remaining value.

I absolutely love this place from the towels, the shampoo, the little biscuits they serve. I just wish it weren't so expensive so my benefits would cover a full massage!
I have seen 3 different massage therapists and they are all good.
Incredibly clean and relaxing. Make sure you come early and stay late to enjoy it.
