Their craft beer is amazing, the atmosphere is quaint and they have local artists coming in a few nights a week. Grimross definitely helps put Fredericton on the map of craft breweries.

The beer is good. Service is slow and it's annoying having to line up for a long time in the middle of a show instead of them having table service.

Disappointing. Beers didn't live up to the hype and the bar staff seemed uninterested and showed little enthusiasm or knowledge of the beers. There was a disappointing range with a seemingly woeful recognition of the current trends in ales: there was only one bland pale ale on tap, and only one IPA which was itself a Belgian IPA (it tasted like a lightly hopped blonde ale). Overall a shame considering the huge investment into the site and equipment. I won't be back in a hurry.

Within waling distance of our hotel (Best Western - Plus), it was great to be able to relax with a cold beer after a long, hot day riding our motorcycles. All the beers we tried (whether from Grimross or from one of their guest taps) were very good and they had several available in cans to take back to our hotel for later that evening.

This is now one of my favourite beers in Fredericton. Staff is very friendly.
