Worst service ever. I would expect better from an ortho office. Treat their patients awfully. Desk ladies who are the only 2 that work there are always on edge. Worst of all, they are NEVER on time for their appts. I wait minimum 15min for all appts to be let in. Would let it go if it were once in a while. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

i got my braces fixed today and my wire is already poking the side of my mouth... terrible job done as usual

The BEST! Dr. Gaik truly does her absolute best for all of her clients. My two children both had braces with Dr. Gaik and I couldn't be more pleased with her level of treatment and her honesty with her patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

i've had braces since I was 11 and i'm now 16, awful service and an unneeded amount of time. 5 years of hell and and bad service.

(I am now 24 yrs. old writing this)....Had braces from grade. 6-10 completely unnecessary length of time, since I later had to go to a cosmetic surgeon to get veneers in order to straighten my teeth recently since Dr. Gaik did a absolutely horrible job (He told me that the way she did my teeth was done in a way that did not benefit my teeth at all -- and it shows, hence why i now how to get veneers to fix her mess). my friends are surprised when i tell them i had braces since it does not look like it at all..... all those years.. and a horrible outcome. After I had my braces taken off, she asked me if I liked my teeth (which, as a kid in gr. 10, i didn't speak up for myself so i just said yes), but looking back now, she should have asked parents and not a 14 year old kid, who just wanted my braces off at that point and didn't see a difference. Completely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend her at all. I am completely jealous of my friends who have perfect teeth after braces and had a chance to go to other orthodontists. Also, for x-rays you have to go to her dads office and its a drive and a half.. also.. every little appointment after you get your braces off seemed to always cost something! I am so disappointed in her work. Horrible and unprofessional.. Go to another orthodontist.
