This location is by far the worst place I have ever been to for customer service. It does not matter what time of day you go, you can expect to wait a minimum of 20 min and that is only if you are the first person in line. I love taco bell but unfortunately I do not have any other locations near me to go to. I have waited over half an hour for food on several occasions. I have never been offered anything to compensate for the poor service . I have complained many times but gave up because it was only met with rude reply from both employees and manager. There is so much more I could add about this location but I will just finish by telling you to go to another location of you have the chance!
Back again.....18 minutes for 2 taco Bell combo's.
Also noticed that 3 of the 5 star reviews are from employees. Also noticed that not one representative has ever replied to a bad review....that says it all. They do not care about their customers.

Food takes forever and is usually wrong. 20+ minute waits are common.

Don't bother coming here. They don't deserve your business. Choose another location.

Slowest fast food joint I've ever been to... and it's not just occasionally slow, it's ALWAYS slow. Customer service usually doesn't make up for it either, usually sub-par. Unfortunately have to keep using this location though as it is the only one in the area.

Absolutely disgusted by the people who work at this location! I simply asked for a delivery to be made, which this establishment does, however I was hung up on the phone by them. The people who work here clearly have no comprhendtion on how a business works. To be completely honest, I am utterly surprised that the lady who picked up the phone still has a job AND that this location has more than a 2 star rating. I am also very repulsed that she did such a thing upon a paying customer.
Be the judge yourself, except have absolutely low expectations for this place, as disappointment are what they STRIVE in!!!

Lost a loyal customer and presumed many more for your actions!

This has been, by far, the worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. It took three people walking by and ten minutes before the "cashier" came out of the dining room to take my order. She said about three words to me. There is the drive-thru employee working his ass off, and everyone else seems to be absent. I will not be returning to this location.
