I moved to Montreal last year and was initially looking for a hair removal clinic to continue laser treatment on my face. I booked my consultation with Audrey at Dermamode and was pleasantly surprised that she was able to offer an alternative solution that she believed would be more effective and less expensive than laser to get rid of those last few stubborn hairs left from the previous treatments. The amazing thing is that she could have easily chose to make a larger sale and continue laser treatments on me but was actually so honest and professional that she recommended what was best for me, the customer :) I'd previously had electrolysis done in other areas of my body so was already aware of how amazing the results can be but had never thought to complete the hair removal on my face with this..the last few years I've had multiple treatments on my face from IPL, waxing, threading, bleaching and even shaving! I've had a good few treatments with Audrey over the last few months and I'm very happy to say my traumatic hairy face ordeal is almost over! And not only has the treatment been successful, but all the staff are super friendly and professional, the environment is clean and they have electrolysis packages to allow you to save money if you're looking for multiple treatments over time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a permanent hair removal solution with a great service!

I have been going to Dermamode for a year now. My experience there has been amazing. The whole staff is helpful, dedicated and very respectful. They are true professionals. Elizabeth has been doing my laser hair removal treatment and she is amazing. I am extremely happy with her work and the results of the treatments have changed my life. I used to be very embarrassed and self conscious however now my skin has completely transformed. If you are suffering because of excessive hair please go and consult them in addition to seeing your doctor. Whatever the situation is chances are it can be a thing of the past.

I've been a client here for a couple of months for electrolysis treatments with Elizabeth. The clinic is very clean and the staff is very organized and efficient. Elizabeth is very professional, knowledgeable and very attentive, following up with me after treatments to make sure everything is going well. After a just a few weeks of treatments, I've notice a big difference in my appearance, with unwanted hair not growing back. I'm very happy with the service and results thus far. I would not hesitate at all in recommending this clinic to my friends.

I've been going to Dermamode near the Bonaventure Metro for almost a year now. I really like it. The entire staff is super friendly, helpful, and skilled at what they do. You are paired with a technician and they are with you for all of your appointments in the future (unless they are unable because of scheduling or out of town, etc). So you become very comfortable with your technician quickly. And, for me at least, it's working! Electrolysis and laser have both been very successful. You can wait for special promotions (which they run often) to get better deals on the prices. Overall, very pleased.

I do not recommend this place. Beware if you buy sessions/packages for hair removal keep track of how many series/minutes you have left because the technician will tell you you have less than you actually have. I couldn't wait for mine to be over with so I could stop coming back here. The owner is nice but nice doesn't make up for the hundreds of dollars I spent there. Also I did not get permanent results.Which made all of this for nothing. Maybe others will have better experiences.
