Love getting myself pampered here. From hair styling to make-up artists they are excellent at taking care of you; even the receptionist is incredibly sweet and attentive.

I went there for the first time this weekend and I was very disappointed. I asked for highlights and I specified that I didn't want them to start from the roots. I showed a picture too, just to be sure that the hairdresser understood what I meant and on the picture we really could see that the highlights are perfectly blended with the natural hair colour. Unfortunately, I ended up having horrible thick straight lines instead of a natural blended look. Yes, they don't start from the roots, but they are not blended AT ALL. It looks like the type of highlights people had in the 90's even worse!! That's probably when she learned how to do them and she didn't learn the new techniques since then. I am sorry but it is not normal that an experimented hairdresser does that.
