not too happy with this spa; go somewhere else.
I also had the 4 package promo. it was a complete nightmare to book anything. no one ever answered the phone and when I left a message it was over a week later that they called back. I had one of my appointments cancelled on me the day of and another pushed back 3 hours later. they did let me book past the date of expiry at least as their summer was completely booked or at least they said it was to accommodate customers who paid instead of people who already bought the package... some of the services were decent, the decor was terrible and the girls were always nice once I got there but there seems to be a lack of management in hiring and keeping the spa staffed....
In reading other responses it seems I'm not the only one and the owner just copy and pastes the same response to everyone about being overwhelmed and understaffed... maybe try and fix the problem instead of giving excuses.

Excellent Hairstylists! Fantastic Nail Technician! Great customer service! Despite some negative reviews, like all of the other salons out there receive, this place is worth checking out!! I've always been very impressed and happy with my regular services!!

Much better than last year! The staff was prompt and polite. I enjoyed a cold laser and Micro treatment. The product used was wonderful, & the results are amazing! Also, I prefer this experience to the last treatment I had at the Sunsera because of the atmosphere. Here, it is more of a spa experience with dim lights, calm music & light product suggestions. Whereas at the Sunsera, it was like being at the doctors office, with high pressure to buy product.

I agree with everyone else, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I should have written this weeks ago. If I knew then what I know now I would have never booked an appointment and now have my own bad review. What an embarrassment for the Broadway district, I expected so much more! The owners/managers need to pay a visit to some other spas in our city and drastically change their look and and how they run their business. I have been to higher quality spas in third world countries. This is by no means a spa, they should not even have spa in their name. This is a salon that offers other services on the side, if you are looking for a spa experience you do not want to even consider this place because nothing about it says spa. They never answer their phone. They do not reply to messages in a timely manner. They have no standards for how their staff appears. Pretty sure i could have gotten a better pedicure from my 6 year old niece. Huge waste of my money.

The WORST "spa" experience I have ever had in my life! I called 3 times to book a appointment, no one answered. I finally left a message and it took over a week to have a response. Once I arrived I was shocked, this place can hardly be called a Spa. From the moment you walk up the dirty stair well you see they have put little to no care into the look of the "spa". The decorating consists of cheap furniture and paint, basically a band aide to a hot mess. There is florescent lighting throughout the "spa" that have yet to have covers put on them leaving the lovely light bulbs for you to look at in your "spa" experience. No one took the time to put floor boards around the front desk to which no one sits, and no one ever answered the phone EVER. I walked in for my appointment a little early as your typically do in a real spa; to which absolutely no staff are there to greet you. I took a seat and waited, and waited... and waited. A staff member finally walked by at least 10 minutes later and gave me a nice smile, then came back grabbed her bag and left. A second staff member came, he smiled and walked by. Now 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment I prepared to leave and someone appeared and actually asked to help me. I still wanted to leave, but I had paid for a 4 service package and was determined to get my moneys worth.
Once in the room awful florescent lighting and tacky decorating continued; a stainless steel bowl was brought for me to soak my feet in with moderately warm water and a dirty basket of polish placed in my lap to choose from. The service isn't even worth commenting on.
I will NEVER return to use the other services I paid for and I will NEVER recommend this "spa" to anyone. They only thing I recommend is you call any where but here.
