Wonderful modern yoga studio with amazing diversely qualified yoga teachers:) The Southend Sudbury studio offers a state-of-the-art hot yoga room --- offering such styles as Power yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin yoga and Level 2 Vinyasa classes. Myoga has single handedly built a yoga community through inclusion, compassion and acceptance and a love of yoga. Everyone is welcome at Myoga. It has helped transform my life for the better and i am forever grateful. Love.
