Great little bar. Old 60s tunes on jukebox. But I’ve been three times (twice at the weekend) and today on a Monday. Service is always problematic. Staff don’t notice customers. Too busy with their favourite regulars.

black dice is a great hangout. the pinball machine is epic. For two player put the quarter in, push the button, wait for it to clear the points, then put in the second quarter, then push the button. bam two player. you can repeat up to 4 players.
High score is around 300k. personally my top score is 111k recorded on my phone. i also have 95k as backup.
The score has to rollover so do your best to take video for official score.

Love the atmosphere of Black Dice. It makes me feel like I'm not in Toronto. Exceptional! And lots of Sake too. 🖤

Tip: Cash only but 100% worth the inconvenience of having to visit an ATM.
Lovely rockabilly bar with a friendly bartender and excellent sake cocktails. The barman was also very good in helping me choose one of the sakes on tap that they offer.
Ordinarily I'd consider giving it a 4* because it's cash only, but if you are willing to forsake an interesting place and a good night because of a slight inconvenience you need to think about your priorities...

The owner overlooks all his guests to guarantee their satisfaction.
It has a very "greaser" vibe to it; the bar has the vinyl records playing classic rock and roll with a twist of Japanese as well.
The bar offers a wide selection of Sake and other popular Japanese alcoholic beverages; with American drinks as well (or I wasn't paying attention).
A must try if you want to get away from downtown to have a different experience, but an excellent immersion, nonetheless.
