Owner is very rude and controlling towards his staff, appears to suffer from major internal anger that intimidates his staff who appear to be walking on eggshells sometimes, he also often behaves arrogantly and very impatiently with many customers, especially women who are polite and be feels he can take advantage by pressuring them to upsell them etc. Would never trust him with my dog.

Made the mistake of trying to help his business but have since realized that he is incompetent in running an animal care facility. He treats his customers and their pets poorly and should not be trusted. He has an abrasive personality, no respect for his customers and intimidates the rest of his staff. Perhaps his location of being in a high-rent district is making him forget what should have been his purpose (caring for animals).
Brought him lots of business originally when I first visited, but after spending a lot more time shopping there and being privy to his true behaviour especially toward dogs, some of whom he appears to treat with spite I regret acting so fast. It is discomforting to think how he could be treating them when they are defenseless or alone with him behind closed doors. (Earlier, Google maps continually informed me that it brought record number of hits on Google and brought him business from friends and family who often ask for advice as a dog lover and having trained as a vet assistant for interest)

Took my black 55 lb Flat-coatet retriever yesterday and was very happy with their service. They did an amazing 3.5 hr job grooming and was really impressed! They took a couple pounds of her undercoat off that made her coat very shiny and looking snazzy. Groomer did an excellent trimming job from tip of the nose to her tail following specific instructions. Overall, very satified and will be returning in the future. Thank you Pawland!

Owner completely insensitive, he was cutting my dogs nails with the woman that works there, they realized they had cut the vein in his nail, my dog was crying, I asked them to stopped and he was laughing about the situation. Didn't apologize, I told him he needed to understand the situation and at least apologize, he said he was laughing about me. I told him my dog was crying and he kept laughing. Are you kidding me? Customer service 0. Also another time they forgot to cut the side nail of my dogs paws. Then the guy tells me not to come back. Are you kidding meeeeeee!!!????? Of course I won't!!!!! Awful service and they don't know about grooming. Spend a bit more and take your dog across the street to the vet. They won't hurt your dog!

I took my gorgeous Persian cat here to get washed. They quoted $50 for the service. 4.5 hours later when we went to pick him up, he'd been SHAVED. This cat has no fleas or mats. And they billed us $70.00!!! When we asked why the heck they shaved him, they said 'groom' means 'shave' in their culture. On what planet!!! My poor cat's skin looks irritated and fur is uneven and patchy.
