Pretty great location to get good quality pet food. I adopted my cat from this location during an adoption event. Was very easy. Prices sometimes arn't great

We took our puppy here a couple of months ago for a grooming appointment. From the get go, they were not too pleasing. They had him there for about four hours and the only thing they did was give him a bath and blow dry and we still ended up having to pay almost $60. They weren't friendly with the dogs, in fact they seemed to be quite mean. In the end, my dog came home sad and lethargic. The actual store is good but I had a terrible experience with the groomers. I have since found an amazing groomer. Needless to say, I will never return to the petsmart groomers and I recommend that everyone does the same.

Horrible service. I ask a set of specific set of questions to ensure the price on fish. I am reassured time and time again that i have the correct price. I get to register and am charged more. I ask whats going on and i get told that the price is accurate. I go back to greg and get rudely shrugged off as miscommunication. Its called bait and switch and its illegal

After speaking to the store manager, who is super pleasant to deal with, he fixed everything for me. Got more information on how to care for my fish, though I had to changed the kind that were originally in my tank, but I'm happier because my fish live. I'm confident in shopping at this store and the brand. And it's even better when the staff is honest. :D Yay! 🤗 🤗 🤗
