Wonderful and friendly staff, great location for a little treat from the village before or after appointments, with a very comfortable and clean facility to spend a spa day at.

I have been going to the Forest Hill Spa for more than 15 years now to get manicure, pedicure and facial. I usually go for all of the services to be done at the same time, since I have limited time to spend throughout the day.
The services and the people there are always wonderful. The estheticians are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, they make me feel relaxed every time. I buy my facial products from the Forest Hill Spa because they are top of the line products that deliver!
Kudos to owner Cristina and her great team!!!
I would strongly recommend this spa because they will meet your expectations, are experienced, friendly and knowledgeable.

Having received a confirmation by email that my appointment was at 12 noon for a 1.5 hour facial then 15 min each for brow & underarm wax I was surprised to be told upon arrival that my appointment was @ 12:15PM. When I was told my treatment was finished I thought the 1.5 hours had flown by. After I had dressed I looked at my watch to see that the entire treatment time (facial and waxing) had lasted only 1 hr. When I told the receptionist I had booked 1.5 hrs her disinterested response was that "oh the esthetician must have forgotten". No apology just oh must have forgotten. As I will be moving to this area shortly I have been looking for a spa to go to for my regular facials and to buy the cosmetics I use (Darphin and GM Collin). I also treat my sister and her 3 daughters to spa days throughout the year. Having shown so little consideration for me as a potential customer, this will not be the spa I choose.
