If I could give this place zero stars I would.
DO NOT VISIT HERE.
I booked a massage for my sister at the Summer Hill Spa in an unfortunate mistake. My sister was so traumatized by her experience with the un-licensed "masseuse" that she had to leave early in distress.
First let me start by saying that I've never had an unlicensed massage as you need specific forms for insurance. As I booked here by mistake I thought the massage would be with someone accredited to properly attend to the body. When my sister told her she had shoulder pain, and to please focus on that area, the "masseuse" focussed on her arms instead.
When she asked her repeatedly to focus on her shoulders, She said, "yes I'll do that when you're on you're back." How she was planning to focus on the knots in her shoulders from that angle, I don't know. A registered masseuse would know better.
Even more BIZARRE, when fitting the sheet over my sister and tucking it into her underwear, the "masseuse" pulled them halfway down her behind! Needing to be pulled up repeatedly only to be pulled down again exposing her unnecessarily and making her feel vulnerable! The "masseuse" then MOUNTED her to work on her lower back. Not one leg on the table for leverage... she mounted her. Forcing my sister to again ask her again to please focus on her shoulders. She eventually had to feign an illness and leave the appointment traumatized.
When I called back to complain, management, who's had the business for the last 5 years, offered me a free 30 min massage with the same woman. This made zero sense. If I get food poisoning from a restaurant, do I really want to go back for a free meal?? When I asked management about her poor reviews online, she said I was insulting her.
NEVER never never never again.

I just tried to book with this company and they would not honour a gift certificate saying it had expired....THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL and as a business owner she should know that. She also was willing to take my service request at first and than later told me they were closed for renovations and could not accommodate me for 4 months. This is a shady establishment, dishonest and corrupt and should be avoided at all cost.

This place used to be amazing but now it is under new management. I have been trying to use a gift card for the past few weeks. I have tried contacting them via email and voicemail- No one respond. When I finally got someone live on the phone and told them I have a gift card, she promptly hungup on me. I used to come to here at least 8 times a year, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Booked an appointment as a gift and when she arrived they said they were not able to see her - no warning and no phone call! I specifically told them it was important for her to have it at a certain time and they assured me that everything was OK when I booked the appointment. Staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for not making any effort whatsoever to resolve this. I called several times to ask for an explanation, and a few times I also got hung up on. Will not be booking or recommending this place to anyone that wants good service. I would give this place 0 stars if i could.

My mother and I booked the 2 hour massage, facial and foot massage/pedi/collagen mask package. It was amazing. I have NEVER enjoyed a massage so much. My mother has had several hot stone massages, and she said it was easily the best she'd had. I can't wait to go back.
