A great pub and showcases a fantastic beer selection. Location is right off commercial station so very convenient. Food has always shown up in good time for me and consistently impressed with the quality.
Brunch menu is particularly stellar and with that quality was surprised how empty it was for Sunday morning.

I don't know what the heck is going on in the service industry but the waitresses and hostesses need to be managed better.
We came here for a tap takeover. Put our name down on a list and were told that it was gonna be a while. We went away for 10 minutes and came back. When we came back I specifically asked the hostess if they called our name. She said they hadn't.
Then we waited for 15 minutes, and meanwhile they sat down 10 tables.
My friend got overly suspicious and asked them and found out that they had called our name. Big fail!! I specifically asked when we came back to see if they had called us. If it wasn't for my friend we would be waiting for who knows how long. With so may places to have good beer these days, stay away from such places if you have any self respect.
Another used-to-be-good place. I'm not spending my money there and neither should you.

There was a bit of a wait when I went but it was a Friday night and honestly was only max 20 minutes. It has a great feel to it and it had amazing beer with great food. It was the first bar I went to in Vancouver and albeit the best. And it's reasonably priced too, I miss the city! Recommend a beer paddle whether you're new to beer or quite familiar with it. 😉

The only bad experience I had here was being greeted and seated. It took 5 waitresses to look at us (and/or walk past us) before anyone even said hi to us. We waited about 2 minutes before this happened and then the hostess showed up and seated us.
Everything after that was great. Our waitress was the perfect amount of attentive. Our food was beyond good.
We ordered: Caesar salad, beet salad, fried pickles and beers. They had a great selection. I will definitely return.

My friends and I went for the Storm Brewing tap takeover and had a great time. It took a while to get a table, but at special events, that's to be expected. Our waitress was insanely busy but very nice, and even though it was crowded, we still had fun and it gave the place a casual atmosphere.
Great if you're into beer or good simple pub fare food.
