One of the worst customer care. Highly unprofessional. If u had any bad incident or experience. Don’t report them making a Police complaint is better then to complain them. They give u any assaurance would be fake. Second day they will change. Worst experience

they are totally fraud...providing fake coupons and charges extra money from us....they don't have time to answer their customer support services.. very bad experience from ola.

Very third class services I don't like ola Block it before six month but I used it today again but situation as it is he will charge you 50 RS any time workout it fault or driver fault he is not reaching destinations and cancel booking but charge will deduct customer pocket.
I give it - 5 rating for worst services ola.i have adds by corporate customer essar oil ltd.but don't like it's cancellation policy charge by customers.

I had left my bag in the cab after the drive i called the driver , he said that he would drop it at my house the same day in the evening , as he had some booking at that time , now his phone is not reachable , ola cabs are completely unreliable, and they have the most untrusted staff, very disappointed with ur sevice

Charges are very Messed.
If one travel with ur cab.
And his location is little bit far from the destination ur charges raise up to 3 Time
Very difficult while our xact location is not available on map
