This is one of worst spa ever in Lucknow, above 5 star ratings are given by themselves from different email ids.
They will rob you if you'll go with money to Universe Spa.
I paid 5500 (2500 at reception and 3000 to the therpist inside).
Therapists will force you for extra money inside or she will start creating scene there.
Ultimately you'll come empty-handed from there.
I strongly suggest never go to Universe Spa Gomti Nagar.
