We ordered food from you on the train. It was a very bad experience. We ordered dal rice combo and only rice was delivered, no dal!!! We had ordered aloo paratha and curd and instead of which plain paratha and curd was delivered. Rajma rice combo was ordered and we got chole rice. So all in all a very horrible experience. The icing on the cake was that the packaging was very flimsy. How is a person on the train supposed to eat out of aluminium foil??? At least disposable dishes with disposable cutlery should have been provided. Extremely disappointed. We had children with us who went hungry due to your inefficiency.
