Take care while choosing the offer. The staff hide the actual terms & conditions. I am sharing my experience.
Actually I bought Lee Cooper shoes @ Rs 2600/- which is on Amazon @ Rs 1950/-. While purchasing the shoes, staff told me that you will get Rs 750/- voucher through which you can buy anything. For that I need to do purchase of Rs 1500/- . So I bought grocery and went for billing. On counter, sales person told me you can buy only Reliance footprint through this voucher. I was surprised and went for cancellation. Once you pay bills they don't do the cancellation or not give credit though which you can buy other products. Once you pay the bills and want cancellation, there behaviour suddenly get changed. No one speak fridenly. Customer care not take you compliant.Manger don't want to understand customer complaints.
Not a single contact number displyed where you can register your complaint. It's totally manage to cheat customer.
It's horrible experience. Now I can understand people feeling's why they don't trust on Reliance. In each & every product they try to cheat customer. All are fraud people.
Better go for D mart & other store.

Worthless queue management. Poor choice when it comes to fresh vegetables. Parking can be improved. Every single trolley has a defective wheel. Half the billing counters are closed without reason (they're understaffed, I think). The Beer shop next door still remains closed even after restrictions were lifted, so another less reason to go here. Visit only if you have no other option and if you have 2+ hours to kill!!

If you have hours to stand in queue and still have patience to return without some of the items, it's a great place for shopping.
-half the counters are closed, and the one are open are with untrained employee who would take 20-30 mins average for each customer.
-when you pickup item, ensure that barcode is there, most items don't have and nobody is going to help but you have to go back leaving the queue.
-be aware of cloths rack, i had cut on my hand with its sharp corner.
-price is quite competent and so cheaper the shipping that's the only positive thing and the mall is surviving.
If you have hours to stand in queue and still have patience to return without some of the items, it's a great place for shopping.

This place is at the heart of Kharadi. On a normal day, if you happen to notice the shopping bags in people's hands, you will see at least 50% of them holding Reliance mart's red reusable bags... which are made of cloth and are washable. This tells the dependency of Kharadi's people on Reliance mart.
They have attractive offers and discounts on almost all products. From groceries to vegetables to clothes n accessories to electronics.. this is the one stop destination for each and every thing.
The store has very helpful employees.. they offer free home delivery.. What else one need !!

Good place to buy groceries and other daily needs at a reasonable price. You could also buy garments from here, the collection isn't that good although. Footwear, kitchen utensils and a range of electronic goods are also available. In-line with what they claim, almost every other item comes at a discounted price.
What I like the most is that the area is spacious and you spend comparatively lesser time in cash counter queue, unless you land on first week of the month.

Ample parking space available for 2 & 4 wheelers.
