Loved the ambience... But the guy who handles to-go orders has zero customer-facing skills, and rude.

Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. Let's say I was luckier with meat: I had some very good may based sandwiches here but they really can't cook chicken: I had a wrap with chicken, it was raw and I sent it back. They discarded it in front of me and made it again... raw. The place is under staffed for lunch time and usually no meals are table served during lunch.
