This restaurant serves local food prepared with a modern twist. We had the crudità di pesce first (salmon, purple shrimp, sepia, tuna) accompanied by marmelades. Main dish were the carbonara di ricci and the orechiette. We especially loved the carbonara... a very original taste that is hard to find outside puglia.
