This isn't a hotel per say, but a B&B arranged as an hotel. The building is full of levels re-arranged as an B&B an hotels. So don't expect a huge lobby or a bar. It's just a small lobby used for breakfast and 7 rooms.
The rooms are well done, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and ok to use. The hotel is run by a family and everybody is taking care of travellers, which is really nice.
The breakfast provided is good and has a lot of delicious homemade cakes.
Main downside is that since it's a very small hotel, there's no bar and people take their breakfast and chat with the owners a few meters away from your door, so don't expect to sleep past 8am.

Excellent place to stay. From the moment of arrival Antonella and Paolo seem like old friends. They and their excellent staff never hesitate to step up to help with any request. Everything from tailored touring suggestions to recommending excellent places to eat. Having stayed there once I would not stay anywhere else in Palermo. Centrally located and very easy to access by shuttle bus from the airport.

More than a clean place to lay your head.

From the moment we walked in the door we could really tell that the staff was invested in making our stay comfortable. They had many items that made it nice like ear plugs, slippers, an included mini bar in the room and of course wifi that worked great. They also offered suggestions for nearby restaurants. The rooms were spotless, linens and towels fresh and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. I had issues with my flight the next morning and they went out of their way to help me communicate with the airlines to make the appropriate changes. They also arrange for a taxi driver to pick us up early in the morning. Our stay was more than just a night at a hotel, it was a complete hospitality experience. I would highly recommend Alma Hotel to everyone! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The people are super friendly and so helpful. You end up chatting it up with them like if they were old friends. All you need for a nice relaxing stay.
