Outrageously unprofessional.
Here I come with the intention of trying and buying potentially about 1200€ worth of monitors. The two models I want to try aren't plugged in. The guy tells me he *could* take they out of the box backstage but he'd rather not. So, dumb as I am, I settle for listening to different monitors but of the same brands. I came prepared with tracks I use to compare monitors, so I wanna plug in my phone. They only have the big jack, they're a pro audio store with probably hundreds of the right adapter, but they can't be arsed to get one. So I have to resort to Youtube form their computer.
I'm now trying to make a purchase decision of over a grand, testing expensive studio monitors with audio compressed by YouTube and not even the right model. I know.
After 3 minutes at most, I'm done with the first set of monitors and decide it's not my thing, so I need the guy to plug in the second pair. But he disappeared. We wait and wait, probably 15 or 20 minutes, eventually we call him and he comes. Starts to plug the second set of monitors (couldn't be arsed to plug both sets the first time, right, why do the job when you can do half of it).
But in the middle of plugging the first one of the pair, he goes "I'm sorry this is our closing time. Can you come back tomorrow?". I ask if he's joking. He's not. I tell him "But, you went away and made us wait, can't we finish this? It's two minutes, and I live all the way to the other side of town". He tells me "I'm sorry, but this is our closing time. If you come back tomorrow I'll have these plugged in for you". I ask him, "THESE will be plugged in, or the ones that you have in the back and that I actually want to try?". He goes "these only, sorry".
I stormed off politely. Not only have you lost a 1000+€ purchase, Microfusa, you have lost a customer forever. Talk about the entertaining the stereotype of bad customer service in Spain. I can't think of a lazier, more disrespectful way to treat customers. Every step of the way I could feel that it was a major inconvenience for that staff member to do anything to help me, not even get a goddamn jack adapter from a drawer that's 5 meters away.

Great shop, big selection of gear. Very poor service, had to wait for customer assistant attention and turned out no one talk english or even tries to help u.. Google translate helped. Dissapointing experience. Will try ordering online next time and don't waste my time going there and asking for advice from "audio professionals".
