This is a fantastic place. The cheap lunch menu at €15 a head is beautifully cooked using cheap(er) cuts of meat, like cheeks, and rewards with a sumptuous, delectable and for us, as Brits used to the bland anonymity of modern western cuisine, enlightening luncheon experience.
The chocolate ice cream for my son tasted as if it had been made with a significantly higher percentage of Coco solids than sugar. This played out with him being vastly better behaved afterwards than he normally is after "chocolate" ice cream!
Thoroughly recommended.

Nice ambient and good meat and bread.
