It's what you expect from a 5 star hotel: great spaces inside and outside, attentive service, lovely spa and pools, amazing breakfast. It's conveniently located in a quiet area away from the busy city centre, which means you can quickly get out of town for your day trips.

Wonderful hotel set in the La Paz area of Puerto De La Cruz ..... perfect 5 Star service .... great place stay.

Excellent service and great facilities. The hotel offers so much that you never feeI like going out. I would definitely want to come back.

Still maintains its elegance but a bit out dated. Spa, the best in the world without a doubt. Service, second to none.

This is a good hotel but with many points that need attention. I was with someone very special to me for a few days holiday. We had a fabulous time. However we found the Italian restaurant extremely disappointing. The other two in house restaurants were OK. Not of a standard for a 5 star hotel. Both of us work in this trade and we were also astonished by the inadequate wine list. Breakfasts were superb.. Staff friendly and efficient..the overall feel of the place was excellent with beautiful gardens. Please take a look at the food and wine offering. It desperately needs a revamp.
