Room smaller than I expected. Sadly the "balcony" turned right out to a very noisy road, so not much sleep... Going to find some earplugs for the next three nights! Else the room is nice and so are the staff.

The location of this place is unbeatable...3 mins walk from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel...5 mins walk from Plaza Santa Ana...but, the AC wasn't working too well, It didn't go below 24 Celsius, we talked to the woman at the front desk and she said that she would see what she could do since didn't know when the technician could come in? What? It was almost 100F degrees!!! Next day we told the same thing to one guy and he was very nice and offered to help but when we got back we slept again in a warm room...then, the shower got filled with water 3 minutes into a shower...again we talked to the girl and she said she would look into it but, it didn't improve...not recommended based on the service.
