My mother, sister, and I shared a room for three nights in September 2017 at Hotel Cort. While the room itself was not as big as you may expect for a room for three, it was so well thought and laid out that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The bathroom was gorgeously spacious and there was even a double shower!
There was one king size bed that the staff kindly separated into two single beds and the couch turned into a large double bed that suited me much better (it was harder than the two soft mattresses both my mom and my sister enjoyed).
After breakfast, the staff would tidy up the couch so that we could enjoy it during the day (rather than have to deal with an extra bed in the room) and in the evening they would fold it out again and prepare it for the night.
Talking of breakfast, it was just perfect. Lots to choose from so both my sister and mom (omnivores) and I (vegetarian) were happy.
On the rooftop you can find a small pool (jacuzzi without the bubbles), and a terrace you can relax in the sun on while in the middle of Palma. There is one room with its own terrace and pool but we couldn't afford that one ;)
The location of the hotel itself is ideal: you are in the middle of Palma and everything is a short walk away. The hotel boasts also a lovely restaurant and bar and the terrace is usually filled with people, but they always keep some space for hotel guests!
The olive tree growing on the square in front of the hotel is over 500 years old! A sight to check out all on its own!
What made our stay at this hotel truly out of the ordinary was the staff. They went above and beyond their duty to make our stay as enjoyable as it could be. I cannot stress this enough. This hotel seems to have managed to hire the best staff in the world.
All in all, just a wonderful place to stay!

Had a drink at the bar with my family. Staff were unfriendly and got drinks order wrong twice and then overcharged on the bill. Not overly impresed

The hotel has had some serious design inspiration and is super boutique. They do great food and the staff are friendly. The pool is more of a plunge pool but that's no biggie. Location is great too.

Food was overpriced and quantity was limited. Food tasted fine. Tasted like any other average priced restaurant. Environment felt comfortable and expensive. Gave good vibes
