Se non sei vestito Prada, fingono che tu sia invisibile. È il comportamento standard di certi commessi che ti guardano dall'alto un basso se sei vestito casual. In questo hanno ragione gli americani che sostengono che "si solito, le meglio acchittate sono le commesse, che lo fanno per mestiere.
Personalmente, continuerò a vestirmi casual per fare shopping. E questo è il terzo marchio che abbandono a causa della cafonaggine della commessa tipica

The staff Wendy was very friendly, helped me to choose the one I wanted. Too many rude Chinese tourists, though. One of the old Chinese lady just took one of the handbag I was looking from the table whereas the staff helping me didn't stop her. That was awkward. I'm not from China, btw. Finally, I still got the handbag I want but had a bad experience. 😞😞😞

In this shop, the chinese clerk who has a big wart on her nose is very unkind. Maybe because of my casual attire for my trip. Here is the worst Prada shop I've ever visited. I am very curious to ask PRADA why hired the rude clerk.

The staff here and especially Mary Cashier goes above and beyond what anyone would expect.

I did not get the customs stamp at the airport and did not know that if the global blue office is closed there is another office I could go to get the stamp for my VAT refund. After I arrived back in Canada I emailed Prada. Mary Cashier was prompt in replying to my emails and contacted Global Blue for me to work this all out so that I could get my refund. She sent me a document outlining the exact steps I needed to do to get my refund.

I greatly appreciate all the work she put into helping me get this refund.
