Paella and salad that we had were really good. Reasonably priced too. Service was a bit stoic, but not unpleasant.

While the pallea was good, the tortilla was really bad and they overcharged us.

A meal that was little more than acceptable. Bland Paella served by friendly but terse staff. The dining area is brightly lit with a somewhat tattered decor. If they wait staff hear you speak a foreign language they will offer a language localized menu. Beware, the non-Castilian menu's only contain a subset of the full menu, request Castilian menus or both your preferred language and a Castilian menu. I would recommend trying other restaurants on the Paseo de Neptuno before eating here.
